1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CricFun platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Account Registration & Cbox Synchronization

To participate in discussions on this platform, you must register a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Cbox User Sync: This platform utilizes Cbox User Synchronization to authorize users on the chat widget. During registration or synchronization, your nickname and password details are processed to authorize your account on the Cbox.ws server. You acknowledge that your chat credentials will be sent securely to Cbox.ws only for synchronization purposes.

3. Account Credentials Recovery

Recovery Delivery: You acknowledge that this platform does not support on-site password changes. In the event of lost credentials, password recovery requests will decrypt and transmit your registered synchronized password in plain text to your verified registered email address. You are solely responsible for securing your email inbox.

4. Rules of Conduct & Moderation

You agree not to use the chat room or platform services for any unlawful, harassing, abusive, or spamming activities. Violations of the Community Code of Conduct will lead to immediate suspension of your chat privileges and/or permanent IP address bans.

No Chat Message Logging: All chat message histories and records are transmitted to and maintained on Cbox.ws servers. This platform does not log or store chat message logs in its local database.

5. Premium Upgrades & Razorpay Payments

Premium membership purchases are handled securely through the Razorpay Payment Gateway. All premium plans represent one-off non-recurring payments. Activated VIP durations are final, and we do not offer partial or full refunds.

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any part of it with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
